#265): Heart Practices for Spiritual Transformation sm
The great Tibetan Buddhist scholar/yogi Tsong Khapa (Je Rimpoche) espoused three principles or foundations of the path to enlightenment: determination, altruism or compassion, and unbiased view or wisdom. In this experiential workshop, we review these principles and engage in the powerful transformative practice of analytical and guided visualization meditation specific to each. In addition to experiencing these foundation practices firsthand, we discuss their underlying psychological significance and mechanisms as well as the modification and application of these practices in a non-denominational format.
